These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Harry AI ("Harry AI", "we", "us", or "our") and the services we provide at harryai.in and over WhatsApp (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, booking a demo, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Harry AI helps local businesses grow their presence on Google by managing their Google Business Profile — including creating posts, drafting review replies, running profile audits, and sharing performance insights — primarily through WhatsApp. Features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to connect the Google Business Profile you link to Harry AI.
Harry AI uses artificial intelligence to draft posts, review replies, and other content. This content is a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing and approving what is published to your Google Business Profile. While we work to make content accurate and appropriate, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, and final responsibility for what appears on your profile rests with you.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service works alongside third-party platforms including Google (Google Business Profile), Meta (WhatsApp), and AI providers. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policy changes of third-party platforms.
The Service, including its software, design, and content we create, is owned by Harry AI and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your business information and the content you approve for publication. You grant us the permissions needed to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, to publish approved posts and replies to your connected profile).
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, call volumes, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harry AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
